Are Gian Ferrente bags and wallets made of genuine leather?

Definitely yes! It is our strong policy that all our products are made of high grade genuine leather and majority are imported from Italy.

 

Where can I see your bags in person?

We have shops throughout Thailand’s department stores and other countries. You can check our locations on our stockist page.

 

Do you have made-to-order and customization services?

Yes we do! For made-to-order, simply let us know the leather material, color and bag style you like and we will make it for you in our atelier. For customization service, you can write any names or messages on the wallet and we can engrave it on, in your OWN handwriting! Great for that special present for a special occasion!

 

Does Gian Ferrente has its own design and production team?

Yes we do! All our products are proudly designed and manufactured in our atelier. We control the entire process, from the first ideas and prototypes, to the final product.

  

 

Orders, Sales, Promotions and Warranty

 

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the world that has an address. When we do ship your item, you will receive an email along with a tracking number.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is placed online.

 

Will I have to pay any taxes or duties for my order?

Every country varies. Taxes and duties are determined by the Customs agency within the destination country and we are not responsible or held liable for any taxes or duties. For more information, you should contact your local customs office.

 

Where can I check the latest sale promotion?

We will put current promotional code on homepage and sometimes we give special codes on our Facebook page as well. You can follow up here.

 

 

 

Care & Warranty

 

Are there any warranty with Gian Ferrente products purchased online?

All Gian Ferrente products purchased online are qualified for 1 year warranty same as purchasing from our stores. Please visit our Care & Warranty page for more information

 

I bought a faulty product from one of the branch, where can I get it fix? Can I send it directly to GF factory?

You can drop off the product at the shop you bought or even send us directly to our office. You can get it fix under our 1-year warranty for free, not included in shipping back and forth. Please contact info@gianferrente.com for more information. 

 

I use GF bag for 5 years, and something is broken. Can I still get it fix?

Yes, you can but there will be some fixing charge depends on damage.

 

How long does it take to fix a bag?

In general, our craftsman needs to see the damage product in person before getting it fixed. However, it takes normally not more than 2 weeks.

 

My GF luggage is broken at the airport. Can I get them fix?

We do not cover damage caused by third parties including airlines, courier, or other transit companies. We recommend having the product inspected immediately after retrieval from transport handlings and immediately report any damage to the carrier who is insured against this. Please remind that you are always entitled to claim compensation for damaged luggage at all airports for all airlines by reporting to the airline desk before leaving the luggage reclaim hall.
